Technical features:
1. Can washing machine: it is mainly used for continuous cleaning of three-piece cans. It is also suitable for other tinplate cans of similar size and shape.
2. Negative pressure filling machine:
Adopt gravity filling principle.
The filling valve USES the high precision mechanical valve, filling speed is fast, the liquid level precision is high.
It has perfect CIP cleaning function.
The combination of guide device and bottle bottom lifting device at the mouth of filling valve ensures the accurate sealing of bottle mouth and filling valve, and reduces the leakage of materials from the mouth of the can.
Accurately filling liquor, color wine, fruit juice, mineral water, pure water and other non-steam drinks, vinegar, milk, pesticides and other liquids for filling, with no broken bottles, no leakage, easy operation and maintenance features.
3. Can sealing machine:
The sealing part seals the lid on the jar of the filled product and sends it to the next step by the conveying chain.
The roller used for sealing cans is hardened with high-hardness alloy (HRC>62), and the curve of sealing cans is precisely processed by grinding optical curve to ensure the quality of sealing cans and the normal operation of the machine.
The machine is equipped with a control system with tank lower cover and can lower cover without tank to ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the cover loss rate.
Manually put the aluminum cover in the chute to lower the cover by relying on the gravity and thruster of the cover, and the detection switch is installed in the chute to ensure the shutdown when the cover is missing.
According to the different height of the tank, the capping machine can be manually raised or lowered to meet the requirements.
