Order Process
1. Send us the drawing with specifications, such as the quality, mould life and others requirements.
2. Get a quote from us with dining chair mould costs and basis information and part prices.
3. Negotiation of the quality, price, material, delivery time, payment term and others. 
4. Confirm and Place an order with first down payment.
5. We will estimate and analyze your project and provide a DFM to you for making sure it's good to make mould and production.

How To Control Quality Of Dining Chair Mould
 inspection covers many aspects, such as dining chair mould intensity, mold-flow analysis, ejection, cooling system, rationality of guiding system, application of spare parts' specification, customers' machine selection and special requirement application, etc. All of these should be inspected in according with our design standard.

1.Steel purchasing inspection:
There is strict inspection process and time control of spare parts purchasing, the parts' standardization, size precision, hardness of dining chair mould material and material flaw detection and so on.
2.Processing quality control:
Control the size precisely, make self-inspection on each tooling spare parts in according to the requirements of drawing size and tolerance limits control. Only pass the inspection, can the spare parts delivered to the next working step. It is not allowed to make previous wrong work pieces inflow to the next tooling steps. For CNC milling, it needs strict auditing for procedures before tooling. After tooling, we will check up and control the precision by 3D coordinate measures. We have many measures: professional tooling technology training and machine maintenance; self-inspection of tooling work piece and acceptance check made by quality department; rational work shifts system and tooling control system.
3.Quality inspection of installation:
Make complete inspection on mould to ensure the structure consistence and spare parts standardized. Project manager and QC people should all take part in mould inspection under the company standard, and make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found, they can be corrected promptly. It also can prevent mistakes. In addition, we will simultaneously do independent standardization test on cooling system, hydraulic oil channel system and hot runner system.
3.Acceptance inspection on sample dimensions and mould size:
QC department should make product inspection and submit the test report within 24 hours after testing. Report should include full range test and analysis on product size, appearance, injection techniques and Physical Parameter. We use different inspection standard and tool for different products. In our labs, we do different test on high pressure injection, high speed injection, long time automatic running testing, and so on. QC department gives suggestions on the amendment and improvement for rejected product. We have accumulated abundant experience, which applies in production and offer good solutions for more and more customers. Along with our continuous improvement on equipment and measuring and test instruments, our product inspection tends to be more professional.

Package &. Shipment
-After received the our dining chair mould, you can see almost all mould parts with rust agent, and mould outside our worker also spread enough grease and oil. After that, we covered mould by film;
-Before you production, should use cleaning agent clear them, after you production need change other moulds to machine, then this mould inside should spray enough rust agent at least, outside if you won't mind then no need spread oil.
-Spray enough rust agent inside everyplace, and all the water pipe must push all water in and out as dry as you can.
-After all work done, please keep the mould closed.
When us arranges shipment, we will ensure all clear and no rust, but protect dining chair mould should be depend on customer after received mould. Please take care all of our mould made by steel, if not protect well, it easy to get rust.
Maintenance Specification For Dining Chair Mould
Maintain the mould can be separated to 3 parts: before, during and after the production.
1.Before
Crud the dust, oil and rust of the mould, and remove the dirty on the surface before putting the mold inside the injection molding machine.
Use air gun or rag, detergent or alcohol to clean the oil on the mold surface.
Check the mold's cooling channel to ensure smooth water passage.
Check whether the arc on the mould gate sleeve is damaged, and whether there are any remaining foreign matter. If necessary, clean it up.
Moving parts: such as thimbles, springs, hydraulic cylinders, sliders. Check whether there is rust, bending, or fracture, and make sure the movement must be smooth.
2,During production

The moulds produced on the machine are inspected and maintained daily.
Check the mould guide post, guide sleeve, and sliders for damage and foreign matter on them, and refuel them once a day.
Clean the mould parting surface and the foreign matter in the exhaust groove, oil stains, and wipe it with air gun or rag, detergent or alcohol once a day
3.Maintenance of mould after production

Inspect each part of the mold to see if there is any damage.
Clean the greasy dirt on the parting surface and the debris in the mold cavity, and spray with anti-rust agent.
Blow off the water remaining in the cooling water channel.
4.Precaution
Always wear labor protection supplies when maintaining the mould. Heavy objects must be operated with a crane. It is strictly forbidden to lift the mould directly by hand to prevent inquiry to the limb.
The rust prevention of the mold is necessary. After the mould is maintained, special attention should be paid to the rust prevention action of the mould. The remaining water in the water channel must be dried with an air gun.
Too much lubricating oil does not bring better lubricating effect, just the right amount.
When the mould is installed and maintained, pay attention to numbers and directions of the inserts and other components. Do not install them incorrectly. Check whether the screws are completely used up and tighten them diagonally when installing the screws.
