2.1, 6 straight-line weighing filling machine.
 2.1.1 Key features
1, this machine through the conveyor belt delivery to reach the automatic barrel, automatic alignion, automatic filling. Automatic bucket and other functions to complete 8kg-50kg of barrel filling, is a new automatic liquid weighing filling machine.
2, the machine uses the working principle of pressurized weighing to achieve the control of filling volume. The load cell signals when filling, and the programmable controller PLC controls the opening time of the filling valve, and the material in the bin flows into the container to be filled on its own. 
3, this machine in the filling pipe is equipped with a special leak-blocking device, to eliminate the filling of viscous liquid when the pull or drip phenomenon.
4, this machine has a good down-dive defoaming function, according to the feed flow of the fast and slow to automatically adjust the rate of rise of the lower pipe to reduce the production of foam in the filling process.
