The blow molding machine mode STBM452P can produce bottle, kettle, can, bucket etc. The machine is especially designed for producing with material PE, PVC, PP and so on. The productive capacity can reach 850 mold/hr (idle cycle).
BASIC INSTALLATION INCLUDING
- Die head: Side-feed continuous die head
- Extrusion system: Adopt world-famous brand automatic temperature controlling device. Drive the screw with electromagnetism motor reducer to realize step less regulating.
- Clamping device: Two way synchronous clamping mechanism of crank arm to stabilize equipment well
- Blowing device: with top blowing type
Hydraulic system: The whole hydraulic system adopts world-famous brand controlling components and proportional controlling circle.

1). Cost for wiring, tubing and the material not included in the machine
2). Material, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil for test run
3). Transportation cost and insurance
- TERMS OF PAYMENT:
30% should be paid at order placement.
70% should be paid one-off after the customer affirmed.
- DELIVERY TIME:
At___50__ days after receipt your 30% pre-payment and confirmation by both sides of all technical and commercial details in the contract.

- TRAINNING:
The supplier should train two or three operating men for free(but the cost for trainee's board and lodgin
- INSTALLATION AND START-UP IN THE BUYER'S PLANT:
The buyer should place the machine to the right position and inform the supplier after the machine reach the buyer's factory. The seller will send the engineer to test run the machine until it is running in normal state. The buyer will bear his round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and hotel and so on in BUYER'S side. And the buyer will pay USD150/day/person as technician labor cost when he leaves factory until leave client's plant.
- GUARANTEE FOR QUALITY:
Our guarantee is valid for a period of 12 months.
If the malfunction caused of the machine's self quality, we will troubleshoot it for free. But when we change the parts attainted which should be changed to new ones,the buyer should support with all strength
- VALIDITY OF OUR OFFER:
Our offer is valid for any order placed within a period of 30 days. Unless otherwise stated all quotations and techinical data are based on this list
