Technical description
The construction of the clamping unit with2 tiebars allows
an easier mould exchange and makes it suitable for a
wide range of articles.
Generous space underneath the blow mould offers
enough place for installations of all necessary blowing
devices and additional equipments.
The clamp force is generated by hydraulic system
on the closing platen. The resulting direct force
application onto the blow mould makes an ideal force
distribution possible.
A rack and pinion system synchronises the movement
of both platen carriers.

The support permits an exact positioning and precise
adjustment of the head towards the clamping unit which
makes it easier to dismount the head. For dismounting
the support, the head only has to be lifted up so that the
support can be removed without much trouble.
